Super 8 Motel - Richmond/Airport

Overall, it was a good experience with the exception of the dirty floors. My bare feet were black from just walking around the room and bathroom for a short time. Also, the continental breakfast was not so great. No coffee and tried it twice, 30 minutes apart, no juice machine working. This is not a hotel that I would ever recommend or stay in again. The hotel clerk on duty was horrible. She was more concerned about a party that she was letting some of her friends have in one of the rooms, to pay attention to checking me in. I had my 1 year old son with me who was scheduled for surgery at 6am the next day and it was 10:30pm by the time we could get to the hotel. The clerk stayed on the phone chatting to her friends about the party they were having and talking to other friends who were coming in and out of the office while I was checking in; as for the room it was certainly not clean and the air conditioner barely worked. ...read more
